High-risk warning - read before you trade

Trading foreign exchange (forex), contracts for difference (CFDs) and other leveraged derivatives carries a high level of risk and can result in the loss of some or all of your invested capital. These products are not suitable for every investor. You should not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

The trading accounts shown anywhere on marcalbrechttrading.com may be demo (simulated) accounts or live "cent" accounts (real funds in a very small denomination, run at high leverage). Demo results are hypothetical and do not represent real-money trading; cent-account results use real but very small amounts at high leverage, so a high percentage gain can mean a small monetary amount and can carry large drawdowns. Either way, results are not indicative of future performance. No tool, signal or strategy on this site guarantees any profit or protects against loss.

Risk Disclosure

Trading Risk Warning

This Risk Disclosure explains the risks of trading forex, CFDs and other leveraged products, of using automated Expert Advisors such as MATrader AI, and of copying signals through RoboForex CopyFX. It is important that you understand these risks before you use anything offered on marcalbrechttrading.com. By using the site, the tools, or any information provided, you confirm that you accept the risks described here.

01 Scope and acceptance

This Risk Disclosure applies to your use of marcalbrechttrading.com (the "Site") and to all Expert Advisors (EAs), set files, guides, performance data, CopyTrading information and any other content or tools we make available (together, the "Materials"). It works alongside our Terms of Service and does not replace them.

By accessing the Site or using any of the Materials, you confirm that you have read and understood this disclosure, that you accept the risks it describes, and that you are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. If you do not understand these risks, or you do not accept them, you should not trade and you should not use the Materials.

The Site is operated under the brand Marc Albrecht Trading, an independent provider of trading software and educational content and an independent partner of RoboForex (partner code KXTL). We are not a broker, a bank, a money manager, a financial adviser, or a regulated investment firm, and we do not hold, control or have access to your funds.

02 Nothing here is financial advice

All content on the Site - including EAs, set files, guides, articles, statistics, videos and any message from us - is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and must not be relied upon as, investment advice, financial advice, legal advice, tax advice, a personal recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

We do not know your personal circumstances, objectives, financial situation or risk tolerance, and nothing we provide is tailored to you. Any decision you make, and any trade you place, is made by you, on your own account and at your own risk. Before trading you should carry out your own research and, where appropriate, seek advice from an independent, qualified and licensed professional.

You stay in control

We never manage money for you, never have access to your trading account or funds, and never place trades on your behalf. You retain full control of your own account and all trading decisions at all times - including when an automated EA or a copied signal is running.

03 Capital at risk - you can lose money

Forex, CFD and other margin/derivative trading involves a substantial risk of loss. Prices can move quickly and unpredictably, and you can lose part or all of the capital you put at risk. In some account types and market conditions, losses can occur rapidly.

  • Only risk money you can afford to lose. Never trade with funds you need for living costs, debt, rent, or other essential commitments, and never trade with borrowed money.
  • You may lose your entire balance. A losing streak, a single large adverse move, or a gap in the market can wipe out an account.
  • Additional losses are possible in some circumstances and account types. Depending on the broker, the account model, and the use of leverage, losses could in certain cases exceed your initial deposit. Confirm whether negative-balance protection applies to your specific RoboForex account before you trade.
  • There is no recovery guarantee. Money lost in trading is generally not recoverable, and no strategy or software can promise to make it back.

04 Leverage and margin risk

Leverage lets you control a position much larger than the capital you deposit. While this can magnify gains, it equally magnifies losses, and it is one of the main reasons retail traders lose money quickly. A small adverse move in the underlying market can produce a large loss relative to your deposit.

  • Margin calls and stop-outs. If your account equity falls below the required margin, your broker can issue a margin call or automatically close (stop out) your positions, potentially at a loss and at a time not of your choosing.
  • Small moves, large impact. At high leverage, even normal market noise can trigger losses or liquidations. Higher leverage means a smaller adverse move is enough to damage the account.
  • Overnight and weekend exposure. Positions held overnight or over a weekend can gap against you when the market reopens, beyond any stop level you set.

Leverage is a double-edged tool

The higher the leverage, the higher the risk. Choose leverage and position sizes conservatively, use risk controls, and understand exactly how margin works on your account before you place a single trade.

05 Market, liquidity and execution risk

Trading conditions are not constant. A range of factors outside your control can affect your results, including:

  • Volatility - news events, economic data, central-bank decisions and unexpected shocks can cause sudden, large price moves.
  • Gaps - prices can jump between two levels without trading in between, so an order may fill far from your intended price.
  • Slippage and requotes - the price you get can differ from the price you expected, especially in fast or thin markets.
  • Spreads and liquidity - spreads can widen and liquidity can dry up, increasing costs and making it harder to enter or exit.
  • Stop orders are not guaranteed. A stop-loss may be filled at a worse level than requested in a gap or fast market unless it is a guaranteed stop (where offered by the broker).
  • Technical and connectivity failures - platform outages, internet or power loss, latency, server issues or data errors can prevent you from opening, managing or closing positions.

06 Past performance is not indicative of future results

Any track record, growth curve, percentage gain, win rate, drawdown figure or other statistic shown on the Site reflects the past only. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of, and does not guarantee, future performance. Markets change, and a strategy or EA that performed well in one period can perform poorly, or lose money, in another.

  • Results from one period, instrument or market condition may not repeat in different conditions.
  • Figures may cover favourable periods and may not reflect extended drawdowns, losing streaks, or changes in market regime.
  • Where results reference verification by a third party (for example Myfxbook), that verification relates only to the account data as reported by the platform and broker. It is not a guarantee, endorsement, recommendation or advice by us or by that third party.

07 Account types and demo-results disclosure

The performance data shown anywhere on this Site comes from a mix of demo (simulated) accounts and live "cent" accounts. A demo account uses virtual funds and does not execute real-money orders; a cent account is a live, real-money account denominated in cents and run at very high leverage. Each track record states which kind of account it comes from; check it before you rely on any figure. No figure shown should be read as a standard real-money result, and cent-account percentages can reflect small monetary amounts with large drawdowns.

Why demo results differ from real money

Simulated and hypothetical results have inherent limitations. Unlike a real-money record, they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight and do not involve actual financial risk. Among other things, demo trading cannot fully reproduce:

  • real order execution, slippage, requotes and partial fills;
  • real liquidity, spread behaviour, swap/financing costs and broker-side conditions;
  • the funding pressure, fear and discipline of trading your own real money; and
  • the impact of your own size on the market.

Demo is not real money

Real-money results will differ, and may differ materially and adversely, from demo results. No representation is made that any account will, or is likely to, achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. You must not treat any demo figure as a real-money result or as a promise of profit.

08 Risks of automated trading (Expert Advisors)

An Expert Advisor (EA) such as MATrader AI is an automated program that places and manages trades inside MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5) according to its logic and settings. Automated trading does not remove risk - it can introduce additional, specific risks, and an EA can lose money quickly, including while you are not watching it.

  • It can lose money unattended. An EA may keep trading through adverse conditions, open and close positions automatically, and incur losses while you are asleep, offline or away.
  • Configuration risk. The wrong settings, set file, lot size or risk parameters can cause large losses. You are responsible for the parameters you choose and for testing on a demo account first.
  • Software and logic risk. Software can contain bugs, behave unexpectedly in conditions it was not designed for, or react badly to unusual prices, errors or data feeds.
  • Infrastructure risk. Latency, internet or power outages, server/VPS failures, platform updates, broker-side errors and disconnections can disrupt the EA, cause missed or duplicated orders, or leave positions unmanaged.
  • Market-condition risk. An EA tuned to past or specific conditions may underperform or fail when the market regime changes (for example a sudden shift in volatility, a news shock or a low-liquidity period).
  • Product names are not promises. Names such as "NoLoss", "Fixed Lots" and "AI" are product names only. They do not mean that losses cannot occur, that lot sizes are risk-free, or that any AI will be profitable.

Use any EA at your own risk

You install, configure, run and monitor any EA or set file entirely at your own risk, on your own equipment and account. We do not guarantee that any EA, set file or signal will be profitable, will perform in line with any demo result, or will be free from error or interruption. Always test on a demo account first and never run an EA with money you cannot afford to lose.

09 CopyTrading and signal risks

CopyTrading through RoboForex CopyFX lets you subscribe to a signal provider so that their trades are mirrored into your own account. Copying a signal does not reduce risk and can lead to losses just like trading yourself.

  • You bear the losses. When you copy a signal you remain the account holder. Losing trades from the provider are copied into your account, and you carry those losses.
  • Limited control. You generally do not control the provider's individual trade decisions, timing or strategy. The provider can change approach, increase risk, or stop trading at any time.
  • Your settings matter. Copy ratio, lot scaling, equity-stop and other settings change how much risk you take. Incorrect settings can amplify losses.
  • Provider and timing risk. Differences in execution, spreads, latency, available margin and the exact moment your account copies a trade can cause your results to differ from the provider's.
  • Past signal performance is not indicative of future results, and any figures shown for a signal are subject to the same demo and past-performance disclosures above.

10 Fees, costs and the KXTL whitelist

Trading and copying are not free of cost. Spreads, commissions, swaps/financing, and signal performance fees all reduce your net result and can turn a gross gain into a net loss. You should understand every cost that applies to your account before you trade.

  • NoLoss Quantum AI is the only CopyFX signal that is available free of a performance fee to verified members who join RoboForex under partner code KXTL (it is on the whitelist with a 0% performance fee for eligible members, subject to RoboForex's CopyFX terms).
  • All other CopyFX signals are paid. Other signals shown on or linked from the Site charge a performance fee set by their provider - for the general public this is typically a 30% performance fee. We do not claim that "all signals are free", and you should never assume any signal other than NoLoss Quantum AI is free.
  • Fees and eligibility can change. Fee terms, whitelist status and eligibility are set and administered by RoboForex and the relevant signal provider, not by us, and may change at any time. Always confirm the current fee and terms on RoboForex before you subscribe.
  • A 0% performance fee is not a profit guarantee. Free of performance fee does not mean free of risk - you can still lose money copying a free signal.

Plain summary

Free of performance fee with KXTL = NoLoss Quantum AI only. Every other CopyFX signal is paid (the public generally pays a 30% performance fee). Costs reduce your returns; confirm the live fee on RoboForex before subscribing.

11 No guaranteed returns

Nothing on this Site is a promise, projection or guarantee of profit, income or any particular result. No EA, set file, signal, strategy, percentage or statistic should be read as assured.

No promise of profit We do not and cannot guarantee that you will make money, recover losses, or match any figure shown anywhere on the Site.

No "risk-free" trading There is no such thing as risk-free or loss-proof trading. Product names like "NoLoss" describe a product, not an outcome.

No income claim We make no representation that the Materials are a source of income or a substitute for employment, investment or professional advice.

Results vary by person Your own results depend on your decisions, settings, capital, timing, broker conditions and the market. They can and will differ.

Treat any forward-looking statement on the Site as opinion and general information only, never as a guarantee. If anything ever appears to promise a fixed return, that impression is not intended and must not be relied upon.

12 Broker, partner and counterparty risk

Your trading account, your funds and the execution of your trades are governed solely by your agreement with RoboForex (or the relevant RoboForex entity), not by us. As with any broker, there are counterparty and operational risks to understand.

  • We are an affiliate. We participate in RoboForex's partner program using partner code KXTL. If you open or fund an account through our links or that code, we may receive compensation from RoboForex (for example a share of the broker's spread or commission), at no additional cost to you. This commercial relationship may create an incentive for us to encourage account opening; we disclose it openly so you can weigh it.
  • We are not the broker. We are not RoboForex, are not owned or controlled by it, and do not speak for it. RoboForex is a separate company with its own terms, regulation, account models and risk disclosures.
  • Counterparty and operational risk. Brokerage involves risks such as execution quality, platform availability, and the financial standing and regulation of the entity you contract with. Review RoboForex's own terms, fees, regulatory status and risk disclosures, and confirm the relevant entity and its services are appropriate and available for you in your country.
  • Partner benefits can change. Benefits associated with code KXTL (such as VIP-tier spreads or whitelist access) are subject to RoboForex's own terms and may be changed or withdrawn by RoboForex at any time. We do not control and cannot guarantee them.

13 Suitability and your responsibility

Leveraged trading is not suitable for everyone. Before you trade or use any of the Materials, you should honestly assess whether it is appropriate for you in light of your knowledge, experience, financial situation and risk tolerance.

  • Make sure you fully understand how forex, CFDs, leverage, margin, EAs and CopyTrading work, and seek independent professional advice if you are unsure.
  • Only commit risk capital - money whose total loss would not affect your financial wellbeing or essential commitments.
  • Start on a demo account, use conservative position sizing and risk controls, and never rely on any single tool or signal.
  • You are solely responsible for your own trades, settings, risk management and outcomes, whether you trade manually, run an EA, or copy a signal.

Do your own due diligence

This disclosure cannot list every risk of trading. Carry out your own research, read the broker's and signal provider's documents in full, and only proceed once you genuinely understand and accept what you are taking on.

14 Jurisdiction, eligibility and tax

Forex and CFD trading is restricted, regulated differently, or prohibited in some jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Materials, your account with the broker, and any trading you carry out are lawful where you are located, and that you are eligible (you must be at least 18, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher).

The Materials are not directed at any person in any jurisdiction where their publication or use would be unlawful or would subject us to any registration or licensing requirement. Any tax consequences of trading are your own responsibility; tax treatment depends on your individual circumstances and may change. Consult a qualified tax adviser where appropriate.

Note for visitors in the EU, the UK and other regulated markets

If you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws, you keep rights that cannot be waived by this disclosure. Nothing here is intended to exclude those mandatory rights. ESMA and national regulators (for example BaFin in Germany) require prominent risk warnings on CFD products; this page is the operator's own risk disclosure and does not replace the broker's regulatory risk warnings or any required legal notice.
